Thursday, March 5th Update

• This weekend we start the March Rehearsal Schedule. Please see the schedule for updates for the Trial, Red Queen & Cards, and Seashore (lobsters, fish, seahorses, mock turtle) and Dinah.
• Playbill advertising is due.
• Nutcracker 2008 photo CDs are in -- see Debbie.

Thursday, February 26th Update

• Headshots will be taken this weekend!! Every dancer needs to come to the studio on Saturday between 3-6 pm. The pictures will be taken in studio 4.
• A headshot is a photo of your everyday appearance, so no particular clothing, hairstyle, or makeup is necessary (although you may want to make sure your dancer's hair is combed)Clothing does not matter, only from the very top of the shoulders is included in the photo.
• Publicity shots will also be taken Saturday. If we are asking your dancer to participate in the headshots, you will have received an email. Make sure you bring makeup remover and a hairbrush if your dancer will have their publicity photo first. You do not want that look in your headshot.
• This weekend is the last weekend of the February Rehearsal Schedule.
• Please try to find an advertiser or sponser for the playbill.
• March 5th is PTB's annual board meeting at 7 pm at Emulex Corp. near the Galleria
  

Thursday, February 19th Update

• T-shirt orders are due this Saturday. If you want to order a T-shirt fill out form linked to Apparel Order Blog Entry.
• Rehearsal Schedule Changes for this weekend (also next weekend) are: Sunday cards are 4:00-5:00. Fairies group 1 still have their added rehearsal: 1:30-2:30 Sunday.
  
• Head shots are next weekend. Look for times on next week's blog entry.
• Publicity shots are next weekend. You'll receive an email if your dancer is slated for these.
  

Thursday, February 12th Update

• There is 1 rehearsal schedule change this weekend.
On Sunday: Cards and Red Queen are from 4-5 (30 min. shorter)
• Headshots details have not yet been determined. More information next week.
• If you have not signed up for all of your service hours, please contact Bonnie Daleo.
• Please try to find a sponsor for PTB. If you have a lead and would like someone else to follow up on it, please contact Carolyn Liden.
• Nutcracker Photo CD's are being duplicated.

Thursday February 5th Update

• February Rehearsal Schedule begins this weekend. Rehearsal schedule changes for this week (feb. rehearsal schedule updated):

1. sea maidens extra rehearsal 2/8 has been cancelled
2. fairies group 1 added extra rehearsal Sunday 1:30-2:30 feb. 8 only
   
3. Cards: only the cards in the croquet game will be in the trial also, so 6 of the cards will not have rehearsal in the trial (sun. 3-4:30)
   

• Headshots and Publicity Photos will be taken at the studio the weekend of 2/28 - 3/1. Specific times to be determined and announced next week. You will be notified if you are in a publicity photo. All dancers need to have a headshot taken.


• Cast playbill dedications are due Monday 2/9. Fill out the form on the blog. This is a great way to make the playbill more personal for your dancer.


• Solo Biography's are due Monday 2/9. We need these done to continue production of the playbill. You got an email if we need a bio from you; if you don't send it in, we can't print it.
  

Thursday January 29th Update

• Fill out the Dancer Registration form!!! We need to order shoes. You may not know you are ordering shoes; fill out the form anyway. We order using the sizing information collected on this form.
• Rehearsal schedule changes for this weekend: Dinah 4-4:30 instead of 4:30-5. Even though Sunday is Feb. 1, we still follow the January rehearsal schedule. The February rehearsal schedule begins the first full weekend of February, Feb. 7-8.
• Rehearsal schedule change for Feb. 8: Sea Maidens are adding a rehearsal: Sun. Feb. 8, 1-2:30.
• See the New Link for Service Hours Schedule. This has an updated list of the service hours that you have signed up for. If you have not signed up for your service hours, see list for what is available and contact Bonnie Daleo.
• The link for the sponsorship packet is now working. Please try to find a sponsor for PTB. If you are having problems with the link and would like a sponsor packet, please email Carolyn Liden.
• See the Calendar for upcoming deadlines. Cast Playbill text dedication deadline extended to 2/8. Solo performer biography deadline extended to 2/8. If we need your biography, you got an email about it.
• The photo CD for Nutcracker has not been distributed. We are still working out some of the kinks. They will be distributed as soon as possible, we can not give you an expected date for their completion.

Saturday January 24th Follow up from Parent Meeting

If you think you messed up your dancer's shoe size when filling out the Dancer Registration form, please leave a comment on the blog with dancer's name and correct street shoe size.  The correction will be made.  You will not receive a confirmation.
